How many days/week are the workouts?There are 5 workouts per week and take 30 minutes or less.
Do I need a ton of equipment or access to a fancy gym?Because we offer a few different versions of our workouts, you would need as little equipment as a pair of dumbbells and a skipping rope.
Our workouts also accomodate those with more equipment including a barbell and bumper plates, a pull-up bar and a rower.
